Lancashire Tourism Awards 2017

The Town Council will be sponsoring this year’s New Business Award Category at the awards which are taking place at Blackpool Tower’s unique ballroom on Thursday 9 November.
Cllr Zafar Ali (Chairman, Nelson Town Council) said- “We’re excited to be sponsoring the awards. It’s going to be an anxious few months for all the nominees leading up to the night of the awards. All those in the tourism sector in Lancashire have a lot to do with making Lancashire the beautiful county it is.”
Marketing Lancashire say the event, now in its 12th year, is the only county-wide awards ceremony that recognises the achievements of Lancashire’s £3.8billion visitor economy and the 56,000 people who work in it.
